Our Approach

We use a multidisciplinary approach to treatment that includes:

  • Observation and analysis of movement patterns and body mechanics while playing your instrument
  • A biomechanical assessment to determine areas of weakness or compensation
  • Specific exercises to enhance balance of musculature and structure
