Your provider will use manual therapy as needed and supplement it with a home exercise program designed to maintain the benefits of the manual therapy you receive. The type of manual therapy provided is the result of your therapist’s training, expertise, and judgment for effectiveness related to your symptoms. In many cases, your provider has taken advanced coursework or has even become certified in the use of these techniques.
