Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led affinity groups that connect people with shared experiences and perspectives. The groups inspire new thinking, deepen our relationships with the communities we serve, and drive meaningful change across our health system. There are currently seven ERGs, ranging from the Asian Heritage Network, to the Black Initiative Network, to the Pride Alliance Group for Equality.
Supporting Employment Growth
To create a truly equitable workforce, we must have diverse set of leaders within our health system. To support the development of our employees, we offer tuition reimbursement; direct-pay tuition; workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities; and student loan repayment.
