Determine your eligibility for the COVID-19 vaccine

Are you a healthcare worker who cannot perform all job duties remotely or an individual aged 70 years or older?
Currently we are vaccinating those in phase 1a: people working in healthcare settings who do not have the option of remaining home and separating themselves from others and those who are 70 years of age or older . We will continue to follow guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health as we determine eligibility for the public to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. If you are a healthcare worker employed by Fairview Health Services or University of Minnesota Physicans, please contact your Employee Occupational Health Services (EOHS) office.
